Coffee is one of the popular drinks in the world. It is a dark color drink which is usually served hot, but some people prefer to have it cold. Coffee plants are grown in many countries, mainly in South America, Southeast Asia, and Africa. Many people have coffee for breakfast. Also, it is often served at the end of a meal, usually with a dessert. People have coffee during work because it contains caffeine. Caffeine is a substance that keep people awake and energized. However, it is not recommended to drink coffee late at night. It will make people difficult to go to sleep.
コーヒーは世界で最も親しまれている飲み物の一つです。色の濃い飲み物で、 通常温かい状態で提供されますが、冷たいものを好む人もいます。コーヒーの木は主に南米、東南アジア、アフリカの多くの国で栽培されています。多くの人が朝食にコーヒーを飲みます。また、通常デザートとともに、食事の後に提供されることが多いです。人々は仕事をしながらコーヒーを飲みますが、それはコーヒーにはカフェインが含まれるためです。カフェインは人を目覚めさせ たり、元気にさせたりする物質です。しかし、夜遅くにコーヒーを飲むことは おすすめしません。眠りにつくのが難しくなってしまいます。
