In Japan, tea is very important.

People have tea almost every day!

There are even tea ceremonies in Japan.

A tea ceremony is a traditional Japanese event.

One person makes the tea, and the other person drinks the tea.

There are a few rules though.

For example, a bowl with green tea in it is whisked with a bamboo whisk.

Then, when you get the bowl of tea, you turn the bowl twice before drinking the tea.
